Alison Fragale is a professor and negotiation trainer at UNC Chapel Hill. At UNC Chapel Hill, she teaches programs in Negotiation, Influence without Authority, Psychology of Power and Women’s Leadership. Fragale is also the CEO and Founder of Alison Fragale where she presents keynotes and holds workshops to help individuals negotiate, influence, and lead better. Fragale’s education includes a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Stanford as well as a B.A. from Dartmouth.
