Bradley M. Gayton is the Former General Counsel of Ford Motor Company and The Coca-Cola Company. He is currently serving as Consultant to The Coca-Cola Company’s CEO. Gayton also serves on the Board of Directors of Vertex, Inc. a tax technology company. His education includes a BS in business administration from University at Buffalo School of Management and a JD from State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.
