Lia Dorsey is the Chief Diversity Officer at Ogletree Deakins. This role entails responsibility for creating the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy as well as seeing that DEI strategies are executed properly. She also is responsible for both new and ongoing initiatives to develop an inclusive culture at Ogletree Deakins. Lia Dorsey’s skills include strategic change management, organizational development, and several talent management disciplines including leadership development, training, coaching and marketing and business development. Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Dorsey was the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Dentons. She also recently completed McKinsey & Company’s Black Executive Leadership Program as well as received a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
