As the first Black female executive to launch a national dispute resolution firm in the United States, we are thrilled to have Marcie’s leadership. Marcie’s unique vision to handle complex disputes by expanding the pool of high-skilled ADR experts has positioned Alterity to attract a diverse panel of neutrals. Alterity’s panel now includes nearly 30 arbitrators and mediators, with more slated to join by the end of the year.
