Deborah’s first-hand insights allow her to tailor dispute resolution processes to the needs of her clients.

Deborah has significant expertise handling matters related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, complex manufacturing, commercialization of innovations, licensing, corporate governance, restructuring of distressed companies, and shareholder disputes. She was recognized for more than 10 years in Best Lawyers in America for corporate law and was rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.

In addition to co-founding and growing a new office of her firm, she was the first woman and youngest partner elected to the management committee.
