Alterity ADR is pleased to announce the addition of Jeff Kravitz to its panel of highly skilled mediators and arbitrators. As a successful entertainment litigator for multiple decades, Jeff brings extensive negotiation skills and experience as a mediator and arbitrator in the State of California.
The scope of Jeff’s work primarily focuses on resolving entertainment, intellectual property, and insurance matters. Jeff has significant experience with copyright, trademark, and unfair competition matters, as well as media, trade secrets, libel claims, and partnership breakups or “business divorces.” Proficient in a practical, efficient, and patient approach to mediation and arbitration, Jeff provides his clients with the necessary guidance to reach favorable resolutions.
Prior to his current leadership role with the Fox Rothschild Law firm, Jeff also served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of California.
In addition to his legal work, Jeff also serves as the chair of the board of directors for Project ECHO (Entrepreneurial Concepts Hands-On), a youth-oriented charity that teaches entrepreneurship, including guidance on how to develop, create and launch a business.
