Jennifer Lupo Joins Alterity ADR Panel

Alterity ADR is delighted to announce the addition of Jennifer Lupo to its growing panel of highly qualified mediators and arbitrators. Jennifer comes to the panel with more than 25 years of vast legal experience, providing unique insight for her clients. 

With more than two decades of dispute resolution experience, as a mediator and arbitrator, Jennifer has extensive knowledge regarding the handling of complex matters. Her core practice areas involve business and commercial disputes, employment, intellectual property, information technology, civil rights, insurance, and entertainment. In addition to serving as a mediator and arbitrator, Jennifer has spent more than 15 years as the Managing Member of Lupo Law, Arbitration and Mediation PLLC in Manhattan and Staatsburg, New York. The firm helps businesses and individuals with comprehensive business strategies, including dispute resolution. 

When she’s not practicing law, Jennifer can be found actively participating in several international, state, and local bar and dispute resolution associations. Jennifer currently serves as a chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section’s section liaisons committee, developing subject matter specific educational programs for attorneys regarding the use of ADR. In addition to practicing law and arbitrating and mediating complex disputes, Jennifer is currently an Adjunct Professor of Law at Marist College School of Management.
