Biography

Benjamin Escobar is an arbitrator and mediator with a focus on energy-related litigation and motor vehicle franchise disputes.

Within the energy sector, Ben is a first-chair trial lawyer with a background in chemical engineering. He has advised clients in the upstream, midstream, and downstream segments of the industry. He has tried cases involving significant accidents on offshore platforms and in oil refineries. He has also arbitrated and litigated commercial disputes arising from pipeline construction and refinery expansions. 

Ben has extensive experience representing automotive dealers and distributors before state administrative agencies and in litigated disputes. His work has represented clients in termination, add-point, and incentive disputes in Texas, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New York, and Maine. Ben has also represented finance companies in disputes with buyers alleging violation of consumer protection laws.
