Arbitrator | Mediator | Spec. Magistrate

Victoria Platzer served as a Circuit Court Judge for over 18 years in Miami, FL. As a Judge, she presided over hundreds of jury and non-jury trials, many with complex legal issues. Since leaving the bench in 2013, she has mediated and arbitrated thousands of cases to resolution. Judge Platzer has handled a range of complex matters involving commercial, employment, insurance, family, real estate, medical malpractice and personal injury law. Her experience as a jurist ensures the parties are afforded the same professionalism, diligence and integrity for which she was highly regarded as a Judge.
