Jason Rosen’s decades of litigation experience make him an insightful mediator who transforms complicated disputes into effective and efficient settlements. He is owner and founder of Rosen Resolution PLLC, a Seattle-based firm that specializes in resolving difficult and emotionally charged lawsuits well before they reach trial. Rosen has handled a wide range of state and federal claims, both pre-suit and in the various stages that follow.
Rosen’s background gives him a broad understanding of conflicts and potential solutions. During his time with large law firms, he worked on massive lawsuits against the tobacco industry, as well as Microsoft. He later shifted into a role as founding member and partner of boutique litigation firm Christie Law Group PLLC, litigating a broad array of complex civil cases.
Given that breadth of experience, Rosen specializes in handling matters of police misconduct, such as excessive force and unlawful arrest; professional malpractice, such as legal, medical and chiropractic; employment; personal injury; municipal liability; construction; product defect; and commercial claims. He also mediates tenant-landlord disputes.
Rosen is a certified mediator for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, as well as a certified online mediator through Mediate.com. He has been recognized multiple times by Washington Super Lawyers Magazine. Rosen graduated from Willamette Law School, from which he also received a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution. In addition, Rosen has completed mediation training through the Straus Institute’s intensive “Mediating the Litigated Case” program at Pepperdine Law School and the King County Dispute Resolution Center. He received his bachelor’s degree from Colorado College.
