Having held a number of core leadership roles within the Fox Rothschild firm previously — Office Managing Partner, Co-chair, and Member of the Executive Committee — Jeff possesses more than three decades of legal experience, including in the areas of:
- Business & IP: This includes copyrights, trademarks, unfair competition, media, libel, trade secret law, and partnership breakups / business divorces.
- Entertainment: Including production companies, studios and individuals, particularly in the areas of copyright infringement, invasion of privacy, sexual harassment and counseling in all areas of intellectual property.
- Technology: Jeff represents online technology companies and emerging startups in litigation matters and counselling in order protect intellectual property.
As a highly regarded attorney, Jeff has been honored with numerous awards throughout his career, some of which include being named by Chambers Legal Directory as the “Who’s Who Legal” list in the area of Sports & Entertainment Law (2014). Most recently, Jeff was selected as a “Top Intellectual Property Litigator” in California by the Daily Journal (2015).
In addition to his legal work, Jeff also serves as the chair of the board of directors for Project ECHO (Entrepreneurial Concepts Hands-On), a youth-oriented charity that teaches entrepreneurship, including guidance on how to develop, create and launch a business.
