Biography

Saloni Mavani is a mediator and arbitrator with over fifteen years of experience resolving complex disputes for corporate clients. She started her legal practice with an Am Law 100 law firm representing clients in complex litigation and labor and employment matters.

Saloni has also served in senior counsel roles for technology and hospitality companies with global responsibility for all matters of disputes including consumer and employment class action, intellectual property and commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, incident response, and crisis management.

Additionally, Saloni has participated in dozens of mediations and arbitrations across the United States regarding false advertising, wage and hour, TCPA, and other disputes. She has been invited to speak to legal professionals on a variety of topics including arbitration, privacy, and class action defense. Saloni has also trained corporate sales and human resources teams on subjects including antitrust, protection of intellectual property, and internal investigations.

Saloni is a tenacious neutral committed to resolution and efficiency; she is a creative problem solver and perceptive listener.
