Sasan Nematbakhsh is an accomplished mediator and arbitrator based in Atlanta. Having mediated over 2,000 lawsuits, Sasan is currently serving as the Chair of the Dispute Resolution Section of the State Bar of Georgia.

Sasan has traveled to 25 countries and routinely provides cross-cultural ADR consultancy for disputed matters involving parties of diverse nationalities and backgrounds.

In addition to serving as an Alterity ADR panelist, Sasan is the managing partner of Nemat Law Firm LLC. He is also an Atlanta BeltLine Housing Policy and Development Fellow, specializing in representing commercial landlords & tenants. His experience as a commercial real estate developer enables him to manage complex business, commercial, and real estate disputes.

Sasan is an active member of the community currently serving on the boards of the National Iranian American Bar Association, Southeast Iranian American Bar Association and Rovers Football Club, a professional soccer team competing in the United Premier Soccer League, the fourth division of USA Soccer.
