Our early resolution program is a flexible process that enables parties to work with a mediator to resolve a dispute in the early stages. This process is an effective alternative to lengthy and expensive litigation. And all conversations and documentation take place without prejudice basis.
To minimize costs, Alterity’s early resolution neural (ERN) can meet with parties virtually or by telephone. By keeping the process flexible and simple, parties are able to reach a fast but fair resolution with the aid of an Alterity neutral.
